Town Planning
Town Planning / DA Design Application (if required)

Confirm Statutory planning requirements.

Attend preapplication meetings with relevant authorities.

Prepare application drawings including plans, diagrams, analysis, studies and reports and other formal documents for the planning permit submission.

Assist client to coordinate required specialist consultants

Assist client with lodging formal application.
Design Development
-
Develop the approved design concept and represent documents and other information to adequately explain the developed design

Arrange, attend and record meetings with the client
-
Arrange, attend and record meetings with authorities, other consultant and relevant parties
-
Coordinate the project with other specialist consultants.

Provide schedules of proposed materials and finishes

Review the cost of works with a builder or Quantity Surveyor
Working Drawings
Construction Documentation

Arrange, attend and record meetings with the client.

Coordinate and integrate the work with other specialist consultants.

Prepare drawings, including plan, elevation and sections together with other details and schedules to enable statutory approval to construct the project.

Prepare specifications in accordance with the drawings and the clients requirements describing the quality of materials, finishes and quality of work necessary to obtain statutory approval.

Submit required documents for statutory approval.

Coordinate the pretender estimate of the cost of works
-
Provide recommendation to the client on the preferred method of building contractor selection.
Tendering
Issue documents to builders, review queries, analyse tenders and make recommendations.
Note: you should review the builders work and determine yourself that you are satisfied with their ability to perform the works.

ii) Contract administer the project on behalf of the client inclusive of;
