The Dongwha timber mill administration building was designed to reflect the businesses core values of 'respect', 'honesty' and 'support.'

 

The overstated roof on the office symbolises a tree canopy, offering protection from the harsh Australian climate. The large veranda provides a refuge from the elements and is a welcoming space for everyone to come together under its shelter.

 

To reflect the idea of mutual respect and cohesion, the Administration building has not been placed on top of the hill looking down on everything else. Instead, it has been designed to be friendly and approachable.
