Over the last 15 years, Place Architects has procured several residential and commercial projects, throughout Victoria and New South Wales. Peter has worked with clients on the Surf Coast in Victoria, inner city Melbourne, the Dandenong Ranges and the South Coast of New South Wales.  

 

Peter grew up in regional New South Wales and has a strong affinity with the Australian bush. His love of nature and the environment is a key design influence and continues to be feature strongly in his work. 

 

Peter is highly personable, friendly and an excellent communicator. He takes the time to fully understand his clients' individual needs and values. He draws upon his extensive knowledge and experience in architecture, to develop an intelligent, innovative and unique design response.

 

Peter carefully considers how people will interact and engage with the spaces. He seeks to create a ‘sense of place’ that connects people with one another and to the natural environment.  He strongly believes that well considered, well designed architecture and urban design can have a positive impact on our psychological wellbeing and the community as a whole.
